Remove legacy wording that implies vendor icon support is still upcoming. All four theme/icon guides now distinguish bundled semantic core symbols from audited, explicitly imported provider packs and link to the current import workflow. No artwork or runtime contract changes.
Validation: deterministic generation/check, 22 tests, locale/code parity, and whitespace checks.
